Booking
Through our site “Le Marche Holiday Homes” you can book a holiday home for a certain period. This booking is binding. In case the requested holiday home is not available the booking will become invalid, We will offer you an alternative. Within two days after booking your holiday home, you will receive all the details concerning the payment, by e-mail.
Booking cost
All prices mentioned on the site are exclusive booking cost. The booking cost are € 18,- per booking.
Prices
The prices on our website www.le-marche-holiday-homes.com are being maintained as good as possible. However we retain the right to change the prices when necessary. The price mentioned in the confirmation mail is binding. All prices are week prices from Saturday till Saturday. De Check-in and Check-out time will be mentioned in the voucher, that you will receive after the final payment.
Payment
After booking a holiday home, 30% of the total amount due plus the booking cost will be invoiced. Payment has to be done within one week. The bank account number will be mentioned on the invoice. The final payment of 70% has to be done two months prior to the date of arrival. When the booking is made less then 2 months before the arrival date, the total amount is due to be paid within one week after booking. When we do not receive the payment in time, we will annul the booking. We do not refund previous payments.
Deposit
For every holiday home a deposit needs to be given. This deposit has to be paid in cash to the owner of the house/apartment or, in case the owner is not present, to a representative of “le Marche Holiday Homes”. At the end of your stay the deposit will be refunded if possible. Otherwise the amount will be transferred to your bank account.
Cancellation:
- Cancellation within 30 days after the booking, you only have to pay the 30% of the total invoice.
- Cancellation 31 days or later after the booking date, you will have to pay the whole invoice. Cancellation has to be done by phone and has to be confirmed in writing (mail, fax). Immediately after we have received the written cancellation, we will send you the cancellation confirmation.
When we, “Le Marche Holiday Homes” due to what even reason, need to cancel the reservation, we will offer you an alternative. If you do not want to accept this alternative, or there is no alternative available, we will refund the complete amount that has been paid.
Water, gas, power and cleaning.
For all houses the usage of water Gas and electricity are free of charges, if there is an exception on this rule, it is clearly state don the site. Cost for the final cleaning mostly is included in the price. When this is not the case it is clearly stated on our site and on the confirmation.
Arrival and departure
For most of our houses you first will come to our office in Acqualagna. From here we will give you the right directions to your holiday home. For some house we will give you the key, for other houses we will call the owner to advice him that you are arriving. For those houses where the owner also lives you will go directly to you final destination. You are expected to arrive between 16.00 P.M, and 19.00 P.M. If you will arrive earlier or later please contact us. You can find our contact information on the voucher. Departure is before 10.00 A.M.
Responsibility
"Le Marche Holiday Homes" Is not responsible for:
- Any kind of damage or loss of personal belongings, during the stay in one of our holiday homes.
- Not well functioning of any equipment in the holiday home, failure of the water supply system, or failure of the power system.
- Any form of discomfort caused by farmers working the land near your holiday home.
- Any personal harm caused by swimming pools, play garden and any other means in the house or on the premises of the house that you have rented.
