| Acc. Description | This private villa is hidden between hills at the feeds of the Apennines and accommodates a max of 15 persons . If nessecary the house can be divided into two seperate apartments, ideal if you are going on holiday with two families. The smallest apartment on the ground floor (easy accessible for disabled persons) accommodating 4 persons. There is a living with an open fire place and T.V., a kitchen and a big sleeping couch. It has also sleeping room for 2 persons, a bathroom and a washing machine. The bigger apartment on the first floor can also be reached by a stairs inside the smaller apartment. The large apartment accommodates 9 persons and is situated on the first floor and is accessible by an outside staircase . It has a spacious living with an open fire place and SAT t.v., a kitchen with a dishwashing machine, a double bed sleeping couch and a toilet. On the first floor there are also 2 double bedrooms, one room with a special chair which can be converted into a bed and another room with a single bed and where an extra bed can be added.
